2014 The “Best-of-Appellation” Evaluation Tastings, Appellation America, Napa, California
Judges tasting notes: “Italianesque earthy style with casis and black olive. Rich, plumy fruit, slightly sweet; dense but graceful tannins. Very pleasant and drinkable.
Made in a ripe, satisfying Old World Amarone style. Drinkable now, or can be laid down for considerable aging.”
